If your details on your badge are incorrect you can email to us at [email protected] so that we can update it.

As a visitor to Workplace Wellbeing Show 2019, do I have access to any other co-located shows?

Yes, your badge for Workplace Wellbeing Show 2019 will give you access to the rest of the shows that form the Protection & Management series; Facilities Show, Safety & Health Expo, FIREX International and IFSEC International

When will I receive my visitor badge?

Workplace Wellbeing Show is an environmentally friendly show and we will not be mailing out badges in advance of the show. For this year's event, we will be sending out reminders of your unique badge number that is automatically emailed to you following online registration. If you forget to bring this with you, our registration staff will be able to look your number up for you. 

Where can I apply for a Visa Invitation Letter

To apply for your visa invitation letter you need to first be registered. If you are already registered to attend, please submit the form via the following link: https://registration.n200.com/survey/176zroaa50qcz. If you have any follow up questions, please email [email protected]. Please allow 5 working days for processing.

Is there parking at the venue?

When driving to ExCeL London follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13.

Is there a prayer room at the venue?

The prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

Is there a cloakroom for bags and coats?

The cloakroom is situated on Level 0 in the middle of the Boulevard. Each item will cost £1.

Where can I eat at ExCeL London?

Are there disabled facilities at ExCeL London?

ExCeL has been purposely designed and built to allow unrestricted access to disabled visitors and to conform to Part M of the Building Regulations.
We aim to provide full access to all the facilities within the venue and recognises that disabled visitors may require extra equipment, facilities and assistance both routinely and in an emergency.
ExCeL London welcomes assistance dogs with visually and/or hearing-impaired visitors.

Can I bring children?

The Exhibition is a trade event, and the nature of the exhibits & our attendee’s reflect this. As such attendance by anyone under the age of 16 is strictly prohibited at all times; this includes build up, the open days and breakdown of the exhibition. No alternative facilities will be provided.
